Volunteers are now putting up signs in advance of today’s Switch event. This stretch of Agricola Street is among the roads that will close to car traffic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Are they doing anything special with the road when it’s closed?
You bet. There were drummers, craft tables, a scavenger hunt, snack stops and information tables all along the route. I’ve probably missed something on the list. There seemed to be extra plenty going on at both Victoria Park and the corner of Agricola and Charles. Hurry though. I think it wraps up today at 2 p.m. (though I think organizers want to make it a regular thing).
